I had a bad experience with the gardening knife. The very first time I used it. I had it attached to my belt and I sat down in a lawn chair and the loop broke off the knife case. I can’t get it back together. Do you have a solution for me?
Seems like a solid product. I did have to email SnowJoe support to get it registered for the 2Y warranty, as the product code was not populating automatically, but they were prompt in getting it addressed. Since I bought it at the end of "gardening season," haven't used it yet but I have faith
