Returns Policy:

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE:

Nisaku, and Snow Joe, LLC (its exclusive USA distributor) wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, our return policy allows you to send back returns-eligible merchandise within 30 days of the date you received the package for a refund of the purchase price minus the shipping and handling charges if applicable and Return Label fee (The Return Label Fee is calculated by UPS). If an item needs to be exchanged or replaced due to a product defect, no Return Label fee will be deducted. Once we receive your return, Nisaku will credit your original method of payment. Purchases from Nisaku are subject to our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, which can be found at the bottom of each webpage.
