Review what?

I can't review an item I never received! You refunded my purchase price after about three weeks. No notice, no excuse, no garden tools. I would really appreciate a email from your company explaining why some people receive there order and some just get refunded. I hope you understand we wouldn't have waisted our time if we didn't want your products!!!!!
