I didn’t receive my order, they never responded to my email and don’t answer the phone. I had to call my c card company and file claim. Disappointed, really wanted it!
I ordered two hori hori knives, only one was delivered. I’ve reached out to customer service twice over email, will continue trying. I’ve also tried the phone line but it only has a busy tone, or is offline. I tried avoiding buying over Amazon for ethical reasons, decided to go direct, whoops.
The one of two knives that was delivered does seem nicely made.
I love mine so much, that I bought one for my friend.
I use mine every day in my garden and around my farm, from planting, to digging out weeds, and trimming twigs.
