I ordered 5 each of the tawashi crevice seeder and Hori Hori knife. My order arrived in a plastic bag with one knife missing. I immediately emailed the help line of Nisaku and contacted the USPS, As the bag appeared damaged and taped. The post office was helpful in directing me to file a claim, but I never heard from the shipper. I intended to ask why a heavy order was sent in a flimsy plastic bag instead of a box or at least a sturdy shipping envelope? As of now I am short one knife and apparently the company feels it’s not their problem so never bothered to respond to my email.

I had issues with this product from the start. In my opinion, it wasn't sharp enough to cleanly and properly trim, cut or slice through most of the weeds I was trying to remove between the cracks in the sidewalk in the front of my home.
CanadaI've only used it a few times so far, but it seems to do a brilliant job. My only critique is that the material in the comb feels a bit thin, and I worry it might bend easily with regular use. In its current state, I'd say it's excellent for hobbyist home use, and a bit thicker metal would help it stand up to more long-term wear and tear.

Great little, lightweight, but durable, weeding tool to keep in your shirt pocket while gardening. Allows me to do some quick weeding as I go along the garden edges, patio, and paths, especially between the pavers and bricks.
